Cancellations conditions
- 10% registration fee is non-refundable upon registration;
- 25% of the registration fee will be charged by cancelllation until 3 months before the congress ;
- 50% of the registration fee will be charged by cancellation until 2 months before the congress;
- 100% of the registration fee will be charged by cancellation within two months before the congress.
It is possible for registrants to have someone else take their place for which a fee of Euro 50,- will be required. The Secretariat should be informed by email of any change of names or cancellations as soon as possible.
